Want to Exchange or Return a Product?

You can do so easily and quickly in just three simple steps.

You may return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, and we’ll ensure that the purchase amount is credited back to your account within five business days of receiving the return.

As we do not have warehouses in the Netherlands, all our products are shipped directly by our supplier. If you wish to return a product, you must send it directly to the supplier in China. Return shipping costs (approximately €20) are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, Lune de Mer does not accept returns of intimate items such as underwear, bras, bikinis, or similar products if they have been tried on or worn.

As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Once we’ve received the returned package, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.
